Important booking information for
Full Throttle Guiding & Outfitting Ltd.
- Terms of Booking Hunt:
- 50% deposit required to book hunt.
- All deposits are non refundable, but may be transferred to another hunter or a future year if notification is received 60 days before the hunt start date.
- Contracts will be issued on receipt of deposit.
- Signed, witnessed, and dated Release and Waiver of Liability Indemnity Agreement.
- Final payment due and payable in Full upon arrival to your Hunting Location. Payment must be made by Cash, Money Order, or Travelers Cheques only, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- All hunt costs are in U.S. funds.
- Total costs of the hunt are fixed. There will be no refunds for any hunter leaving early.
- Monies paid will be refunded if for some reason Full Throttle Guiding & Outfitting Ltd must cancel the hunt.
- Cost of Hunt Includes:
- Pickup at Calgary International Airport (YYC).
- Pre and post hunt ground transportation to and from hunting area.
- Meals and accommodations during the hunt.
- Transportation during hunt.
- Field dressing, skinning, and caping of trophy.
- Cost of Hunt does not include:
- Airfare
- Shipping, crating, or handling of trophy
- Taxidermy
- Butchering services, cutting, wrapping, freezing, export permits, packaging or transportation of meat
- Arrival and departure accommodations
- Hunting license, tags, wildlife certificate
- License allocation fees
- Bow hunting permit (if required)
- Miscellaneous:
- All hunts will be conducted according to the Code of Ethics of the Alberta Professional Outfitters Society
- All hunters will agree to follow and adhere to all rules set out in the Alberta Wildlife Act
- A suggested gear list is available after confirmation of booking
- Unless stated otherwise, all hunts are six (6) days duration.
